End of lease cleaning Checklist As it Should be!
First Choice Bond Cleaning Group knows exactly how your property should look, and we use the same end-of-lease cleaning checklist that your agents do. Please use this checklist as a guide; these items must be completed at a minimum, and there may be additional cleaning requirements specific to your property.
General Cleaning
All bedroom furniture/storage units will be cleaned inside and out. We have a full range of cleaning services.
- Floors : Vacuum and mop all floors, including under furniture and rugs.
- Walls : Remove any marks, scuffs, and cobwebs from walls.
- Floors : Vacuum and mop all floors, including under furniture and rugs.
- Windows : Clean all windows inside and out, including tracks and sills.( Inside windows only, we can do outside windows at an extra charge )
- Light Fixtures : Dust and clean all light fittings. ( We don’t replace any bulbs)
- Skirting Boards : Dust and wipe down all skirting boards.
- Ceilings : Remove any cobwebs from ceilings.
- Doors : Wipe down doors, door frames, and handles.
- Power Points & Light Switches : Wipe clean to remove any marks or fingerprints.
- We do no polish any items
Kitchen Cleaning
We clean the Oven as a part of the service with no extra charge. Our qualified cleaners are specially trained to perform quality kitchen cleaning.
- Oven : Clean the oven, including racks and trays, to remove grease and food residues.
- Stove Top: Wipe down and clean the stove top, including burners and knobs.
- Range Hood & Filters: Clean the range hood, including filters, to remove grease.
- Cupboards & Drawers: wipe down, and clean all kitchen cupboards and drawers.
- Sink: Clean the sink and tapware, removing any stains and polishing surfaces.
- Benchtops: Wipe down and clean all benchtops.
- Fridge & Freezer: Defrost, clean inside and out, and remove all food. ( Extra Charge Depend on Size )
- Dishwasher : Empty, clean the filter, and wipe down the exterior.
- Ceilings : Remove any cobwebs from ceilings.
- We do not polish anything.
Bathroom Cleaning
If you want to get that perfect clean bathroom take advantage of our.
- Shower & Bath : Clean the shower, bath, and screens to remove soap scum and limescale.
- Toilet : Clean and disinfect the toilet, including the seat and bowl.
- Sink & Vanity : Clean the sink, vanity, and tapware, polishing any metal surfaces.
- Mirrors : Clean and polish mirrors.
- Cupboards : Clean, and wipe down all cupboards and drawers.
- Tiles & Grout : Scrub tiles and grout to remove any mould or mildew. (Grout Cleaning Extra Charge)
BEDROOMS & LIVING AREAS
- Wardrobes : Empty, clean inside, and wipe down doors and shelves.
- Blinds & Curtains : Dust and clean blinds, and wash or dry-clean curtains if necessary.
- Carpets : Professionally steam clean carpets if required by the lease agreement.
- Furniture : If the property is furnished, ensure all furniture is cleaned and placed back in its original position.
EXTERIOR AREAS
- Pathways & Driveways: Sweep and pressure wash if necessary.(Extra Charges)
- Rubbish Bins: Empty and clean all rubbish bins. (Extra Charges)
- Balcony/Patio: Sweep and clean any outdoor areas, including wiping down railings.(Extra Charges)
ADDITIONAL CHECKS
- Wardrobes : Empty, clean inside, and wipe down doors and shelves.
- Blinds & Curtains : Dust and clean blinds, and wash or dry-clean curtains if necessary.
- Carpets : Professionally steam clean carpets if required by the lease agreement.
- Furniture : If the property is furnished, ensure all furniture is cleaned and placed back in its original position.
